ABOUT

ADMISSION OF NEW STUDENTS UNDERGRADUATE PROGRAM (S-1) INFORMATION SCIENCE STUDY PROGRAM FACULTY OF SOCIAL AND POLITICAL SCIENCES INDEPENDENT SELECTION PATHWAY JAKARTA VETERAN NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT UNIVERSITY
YEAR 2022

In order to accept new students for the Undergraduate Program (S-1) Information Science Study Program, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Independent Selection Pathway, Veteran National Development University, Jakarta in 2022, hereinafter referred to as SEMA S-1 UPNVJ Information Science Study Program in 2022, herewith we invites and provides the opportunity for applicants who are interested and meet the requirements to register and take part in the SEMA S-1 UPNVJ Information Science Study Program in 2022 as follows:

  1. SEMA S-1 UPNVJ Information Science Study Program in 2022

SEMA S-1 UPNVJ Information Science Study Program in 2022 includes:

  1. Academic Path: using UTBK scores and not passing SBMPTN in 2022 as criteria for passing SEMA S-1 UPNVJ Information Science Study Program in 2022.
  2. Achievement Track: uses a combination of academic track graduation criteria with academic and/or non-academic achievements, which include achievements in science, sports and arts olympiads ranked 1 to 3 at provincial, national and/or international levels in the last 3 (three) years , hafiz Al-Quran at least 20 juz, Chairman of the OSIS for at least one period, and YouTube content creator with at least 10,000 subscribers . For YouTube content creators and Al-Quran hafiz, a skills test will be carried out according to the specified schedule.
  1. General Provisions for SEMA S-1 UPNVJ Information Science Study Program in 2022
    1. SEMA S-1 UPNVJ applicants come from UTBK - SBMPTN participants in 2022.
    2. Applicants who do not choose a study program at UPNVJ at SBMPTN in 2022 can take part in SEMA S-1 UPNVJ Information Science Study Program in 2022.
    3. Applicants can choose the Information Science Study Program as their first choice .
    4. Applicants can choose a study program that is the same as or different from the choice in the 2022 SBMPTN as the second choice in the SEMA S-1 UPNVJ Information Science Study Program in 2022, with the following conditions:
      1. Applicants who take the 2022 UTBK-SBMPTN in the science and technology exam group can only choose the science and technology study program group (Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Informatics, Information Systems, Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing, Public Health, Nutrition, and Physiotherapy).
      2. Applicants who take the 2022 UTBK-SBMPTN in the social humanities exam group can only choose the social humanities study program group (Management, Accounting, International Relations, Communication Sciences, Law, Development Economics, Sharia Economics, Political Science, and Information Science).
      3. Applicants who take the 2022 UTBK-SBMPTN in the mixed exam group can choose all study programs as their first or second choice.  
    5. Applicants can only choose 2 (two) study programs.
    6. The registration fee for SEMA S-1 UPNVJ Information Science Study Program in 2022 is IDR 275,000.00 (two hundred and seventy-five thousand rupiah). Payments can be made at Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) or Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI). Payment instructions can be seen at the link https://penmaru.upnvj.ac.id/cara-pembayaran .
  1. Special Provisions for the SEMA S-1 UPNVJ Information Science Study Program Achievement Pathway in 2022
  1. Achievement Track is a selection process that uses a combination of academic track graduation criteria with academic and/or non-academic achievements.
  2. The scope of achievements in SEMA S-1 UPNVJ Information Science Study Program in 2022 includes science, sports and arts olympiads ranked 1 to 3 at provincial, national and international levels in the last 3 (three) years, hafiz of the Al Quran at least 20 juz, Chairman of the OSIS for at least one period, and the YouTube content creator has at least 10,000 subscribers .
  3. The Achievement pathway gets a quota of 10% of the total SEMA S-1 UPNVJ Information Science Study pathway in 2022 with details in the fields of science olympiads 2%, sports and arts 2%, Al Quran hafiz 2%, OSIS Chair 2%, and YouTube content creator 2% %.
  4. The scope, criteria and selection mechanisms for each of these fields are as follows:
    1. Science Olympiad:
      1. Applicants who can take this route are those who have science olympiad achievements in mathematics, physics, chemistry, informatics or computers, biology, astronomy, economics, earth and geography, both individual and team achievements.
      2. The achievement criteria obtained by participants are ranks 1 to 3 at provincial, national and international levels in the last 3 (three) years.
      3. Applicants are required to upload original or colored evidence showing their achievements in the form of certificates, certificates and/or charters which will then be validated by the Selection Team.
    2. Sport:
      1. Applicants who can take this route are those who have individual, single, or individual sporting achievements such as chess, badminton, martial arts, gymnastics, swimming, athletics, and the like.
      2. The achievement criteria obtained by participants are ranks 1 to 3 at provincial, national and international levels in the last 3 (three) years.
      3. Applicants are required to upload original or colored evidence showing their achievements in the form of certificates, certificates and/or charters which will then be validated by the Selection Team.
    3. Art:
      1. Applicants who can take this route are those who have individual, solo, or individual artistic achievements such as dance, singing, painting or drawing competitions, and others.
      2. The achievement criteria obtained by participants are ranks 1 to 3 at provincial, national and international levels in the last 3 (three) years.
      3. Applicants are required to upload original or colored evidence showing their achievements in the form of certificates, certificates and/or charters which will then be validated by the Selection Team.
    4. Hafiz Al Quran:
      1. Applicants who can take this route are those who have memorized at least 20 juz of the Al-Quran as proven by a photocopy of a certificate, diploma or certificate from an Islamic boarding school, madrasah, or Al-Quran tahfiz institution.
      2. Applicants are required to upload original or colored evidence of certificates, diplomas, or certificates from Islamic boarding schools, madrasas, or Al-Quran tahfiz institutions which will then be validated by the Selection Team.
      3. Applicants who meet these criteria are required to take a retest on memorizing the Al Quran.
    5. Chairman of the Student body:
      1. Applicants who can take this route are those who have been the OSIS Chair, not deputy chair, division head, division head, coordinator, for at least one management period.
      2. The criteria for the OSIS Chair are seen from the accreditation of the applicant school.
      3. Applicants are required to upload original or colored proof of school accreditation and a Principal's Letter stating that the Applicant is truly a student at their school and has been President of the OSIS for one period which will then be validated by the Selection Team.
    6. Youtube Creator Content:
      1. Registrants who can follow this route are those who have original subscribers with a total of at least 10,000 subscribers .
      2. Have a minimum of two videos with a minimum of 100,000 viewers each with the criteria of being useful, educational, creative, inspiring, original, interesting, and meeting editing standards, and good image quality.
      3. Applicants are required to upload screenshot evidence from their YouTube channel profile and include the address of the Applicant's YouTube channel link which will then be validated by the Selection Team.
      4. For those who meet these criteria, they are required to take a skills test in the form of making a 3 to 5 minute video with a theme determined by the UPNVJ Undergraduate SEMA Committee using their respective tools or equipment.
        The time and place for the YouTube content creator skills test and Al-Quran memorization retest for applicants who are deemed to meet the requirements will be announced on Wednesday, June 29 2022. Furthermore, you are required to take the skills test and memorization retest which will be held on Saturday, July 2 2022 .To test the content skills of YouTube creators, it will take place at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences Building, 4th Floor, Rectorate Building, UPNVJ Pondok Labu Campus. Meanwhile, the retest for memorizing the Al Quran will take place at the Mambaul Ulum Mosque, UPNVJ, Pondok Labu Campus.
  1. Registration Schedule for SEMA S-1 UPNVJ Information Science Study Program in 2022

Registration for the SEMA S-1 UPNVJ Information Science Study Program in 2022 starts Monday, 20 June 2022 at 11.00 WIB until Monday, 27 June 2022 at 23.59 WIB which is done online via the page: https://penregistran.upnvj. AC ID/

  1. Procedures for Registration for SEMA S-1 UPNVJ Information Science Study Program in 2022
    1. Applicants enter their full name, place of birth, date of birth, 2022 UTBK - SBMPTN participant number, NISN, NPSN, cell phone number, and email address to get the Form Number and Personal Identification Number (PIN). Make sure to use an active email address.
    2. Applicants will be asked to confirm UTBK – SBMPTN data. If appropriate, you can continue with the next step by clicking the "Save" button. If it is not appropriate, registrants are asked to check the UTBK – SBMPTN registration data again.
    3. Registrants will be given information regarding the Form Number and PIN which will be sent via email. However, registrants are asked to note down and save the Form Number and PIN.
    4. Registrants make payments via BNI and BSI to activate the PIN. Payment instructions can be seen on the page https://penmaru.upnvj.ac.id/cara-pembayaran .
    5. After making payment, the Form Number and PIN can be used to log in and continue with the following steps:
      1. upload a passport photo;
      2. fill in personal data which includes biodata and parent or guardian data;
      3. fill in school origin data;
      4. choose the Information Science Study Program as the first or second choice;
      5. choose the selection path (Academic or Achievement);
      6. upload selection documents (for Achievement Track);
      7. fill in the ability to pay Institutional Development Contributions (SPI);
      8. download, print, fill in and upload a statement of ability to pay SPI and UKT;
      9. Check the data that has been filled in. If it is appropriate then click "Finalize". If you click "Finalize" then the data will be locked and cannot be edited . Make sure the data entered is correct; And

  1. Prospective new students who are declared to have passed SEMA S-1 UPNVJ Information Science Study Program in 2022 are required to make payments according to the predetermined schedule, namely Tuesday, July 12 2022 at 15.00 WIB to Saturday, July 16 2022 at 15.00 WIB.
  2. Prospective students who are accepted through the SEMA S-1 UPNVJ Information Science Study Program route in 2022 who do not make payments according to the predetermined schedule will be declared to have withdrawn.

The announcement of the 2022 UPNVJ Information Science Study Program SEMA S-1 graduation results will be made on Tuesday, July 12 2022 at 15.00 WIB via the page https://pengumuman.upnvj.ac.id/ by logging in first using the Form Number and PIN.

Prospective new students who have made UKT and SPI payments can immediately re-register online starting Tuesday, 12 July 2022 at 15.00 WIB to Saturday, 16 July 2022 at 23.59 WIB via the page: regmaba.upnvj.ac.id by logging in first using your Participant Number and date of birth.
