ANNOUNCEMENT

RECTOR OF JAKARTA "VETERAN" NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT UNIVERSITY

Announced to prospective new students of the Diploma Three (D3) program at the National Development University "Veteran" Jakarta (UPNVJ) who were declared to have passed through the UPN "Veteran" Jakarta Independent Selection route (SEMA UPNVJ) in 2019.

Participants who are declared to have passed the 2019 SEMA UPNVJ Diploma Three (D3) Program are required to fulfill the following new student admission requirements:

  1. Fill in your personal identity and determine the single tuition fee (UKT):
  1. Prospective new students are required to fill in their personal identity (referring to the data you filled in when registering for the SEMA UPNVJ Diploma Three (D3) Program in 2019) and upload the supporting files used via the website https://uktmaba.upnvj.ac.id by doing Log in first using the 2019 SEMA UPNVJ Diploma Three (D3) participant number and date of birth. Filling time is 26 June 2019 at 16.00 WIB to 29 June 2019 at 23.59 WIB.
  1. The UKT announcement can be seen on July 1 2019 at 21.00 WIB. The UKT amount for each prospective new student will be announced via the website uktmaba.upnvj.ac.id/index.php/infobayar.html by logging in first using the SEMA UPNVJ Program participant number Diploma Three (D3) in 2019 and date of birth.
  1. Prospective new students can make payments according to the UKT that has been announced starting July 1 2019 at 21.00 WIB to July 12 2019 at 16.00 WIB via Teller , ATM and BNI Internet Banking . The Payment Guide can be seen on the website https://penmaru.upnvj.ac.id/cara-pembayaran
  1. For prospective new students participating in Bidikmisi, verification will be carried out first before being determined as a Bidikmisi recipient:
  1. The data verification process for Bidikmisi participants will be carried out from 27 to 30 June 2019 by verification officers from UPNVJ. (The verification officer will bring an assignment letter).
  2. The determination of Bidikmisi recipients will be announced via the website uktmaba.upnvj.ac.id/index.php/infobayar.html by logging in first using the SEMA UPNVJ Diploma Three (D3) 2019 participant number and date of birth. The announcement of the determination of Bidikmisi recipients can be seen on July 1 2019 at 21.00 WIB.
  3. Bidikmisi participants who are not designated as Bidikmisi recipients will have their respective Single Tuition Fee (UKT) announced by UPN "Veteran" Jakarta.
  1. Submission of objection to the amount of Single Tuition Fee (UKT):

Prospective new students can submit an objection to the announced Single Tuition Fee (UKT) amount by providing supporting evidence online on the website uktmaba.upnvj.ac.id/index.php/sanggah.html by logging in first using the SEMA participant number UPNVJ Diploma Three (D3) Program in 2019 and date of birth. Time for submitting objections is 2 to 4 July 2019 at 16.00 WIB.

  1. For prospective new students whose Single Tuition Fee (UKT) has the status "Requires Verification", prospective students are required to attend on July 5 2019 bringing the original documents uploaded when filling in their identity.
  2. For those who submit a Disclaimer on the amount of Single Tuition Fee (UKT), the interview schedule for Disclaimer on the amount of Single Tuition Fee (UKT) is July 5 2019. Prospective new students must be accompanied by a parent/guardian to take part in the interview and bring supporting evidence. The interview will be held at the UPN "Veteran" Jakarta Campus, Building. General Soedirman, Auditorium Fl. 4, Pondok Labu, South Jakarta.
  1. Seeing the announcement of the Single Tuition Fee (UKT) after the objection on July 8 2019 at 21.00 WIB. The amount of the Single Tuition Fee (UKT) for prospective new students after conducting an objection and being interviewed, will be announced via the website uktmaba.upnvj.ac.id/index.php/infobayar.html by logging in first using the SEMA UPNVJ Diploma Three participant number (D3) 2019 and date of birth.
  1. Prospective new students can make payments according to the Single Tuition Fee (UKT) after the objection has been announced starting 8 July 2019 at 21.00 WIB to 12 July 2019 at 16.00 WIB via Teller, ATM and BNI Internet Banking. The Payment Guide can be seen on the website https://penmaru.upnvj.ac.id/cara-pembayaran
  1. Payments after 12 July 2019 at 16.00 WIB cannot be served and will be declared withdrawn. The next payment receipt will be submitted at the time of re-registration on July 12 2019.
  1. Re-register (Registration) on July 12 2019:

By submitting re-registration documents ( arranged sequentially ):

  1. Print out 1 (one) SEMA UPNVJ Diploma Three (D3) Program Participant Identification Card for 2019, if you don't have one, you can print it at https://penregistran.upnvj.ac.id ;
  2. 1 (one) photocopy of KTP identity or for those in the process of making KTP attach a photocopy of identity replacement certificate from the sub-district/district office;
  3. Photocopy of 1 (one) copy of Family Card (KK);
  4. Original print out of 1 (one) UKT payment receipt from the Bank, except for participants who have been appointed by Bidikmisi;
  5. Original print out of statement of willingness to pay in accordance with UKT determined by UPN "Veteran" Jakarta. The statement form can be downloaded by logging in using the 2019 SEMA UPNVJ participant number first via the website uktmaba.upnvj.ac.id/index.php/infobayar.html in 1 (one) sheet and affixed with a 6,000 stamp, except for Bidikmisi participants who have set;
  6. Original print out Proof of correct data results and proof of completion of personal identity 1 (one) set that has been completely filled in and affixed with a 6,000 stamp. The proof of data correctness form can be downloaded by logging in using the SEMA UPNVJ Diploma Three (D3) Program participant number first on the website uktmaba.upnvj.ac.id/ ;
  7. Photocopy of 1 (one) copy of the school accreditation certificate/department accreditation from the Vocational School which has been legalized by the Principal;
  8. 1 (one) set of photocopies of report cards from semester 1 to semester 6 which have been legalized by the Principal, if semester 6 is not available until semester 5;
  9. 1 (one) copy of the diploma/STTB/Graduation Certificate (SKL) which has been legalized by the School Principal, for Package C diplomas legalized by the Head of the local City/Regency Education Office;
  10. Photocopy of written equalization permit that has been approved by the Directorate General of Learning and Student Affairs, Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education 1 (one) set for Foreign Citizens (WNA);
  11. Print out the original statement letter as a new student with a stamp of 6,000 (format can be downloaded here ) in 1 (one) sheet. (After making payment);
  12. Original drug free certificate and must be accompanied by 1 (one) laboratory result from the Hospital/Puskesmas/Clinic/BNN;
  13. Photocopy of certificate/charter for those who have academic/non-academic achievements, 1 (one) each;
  14. Especially for Jakarta Smart Card (KJP) holders, apart from completing documents (items 1-14), they are required to submit a photocopy of their KJP card and Account Book, 1 (one) each;
  15. Especially for Bidikmisi participants who have been designated, apart from completing documents (items 1-13), they are required to submit a print out of the Bidikmisi registration card which can be downloaded at http://bidikmisi.belmawa.ristekdikti.go.id/siswa/default/login .

All the files mentioned above are included in a plastic button folder according to the following color requirements:

faculty of Economics and Business

: Yellow

Faculty of Computer Science

: Orange

Faculty of Health Sciences

: Light Blue

and submitted during re-registration (Registration) at the UPN "Veteran" Jakarta Campus, Building. Jendral Soedirman Auditorium Room Fl. 4, Pondok Labu, South Jakarta on July 12 2019.

Prospective students will have their rights as new UPN “Veteran” Jakarta students revoked, if it turns out that:

1. Does not fulfill the student admission requirements as stated;

2. Providing incorrect information; And

3. Late re-registration (registration) according to the schedule that has been submitted.

If a prospective student has been accepted into one of the study programs at UPN "Veteran" Jakarta and then withdraws, then all fees paid will not be returned .
