ABOUT
ACCEPTANCE OF NEW STUDENTS FOR THE INDEPENDENT SELECTION PROGRAM
JAKARTA VETERAN NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT UNIVERSITY (SEMA UPNVJ) 2021

Announced to prospective registrants for the 2021 UPN Veteran Jakarta Independent Selection pathway (SEMA UPNVJ) regarding the acceptance of new students for undergraduate programs on the SEMA UPNVJ route, including:

The SEMA S-1 UPNVJ Entry Pathway consists of:
1. Academic pathway that uses UTBK scores and does not pass the 2021 SBMPTN as the UPNVJ SEMA S1 Graduation criteria.
2. Achievement pathway which uses a combination of academic pathway graduation criteria with Academic/Non-Academic Achievement. (Achievements in science, sports and arts Olympiads ranked 1st – 3rd at provincial, national and international levels in the last 3 years, Hafiz of the Al-Quran at least 20 Juz, Chairman of the OSIS for at least one period and YouTube Content Creator with a minimum of 10,000 subscribers). For Youtube Content Creators and Hafiz Al-Quran, a skills test will be carried out according to the specified schedule.
SEMA S-1 UPNVJ Selection Conditions:
1. SEMA S-1 UPNVJ applicants come from UTBK - SBMPTN participants in 2021
2. Applicants who do not choose a study program at UPN Veteran Jakarta at SBMPTN in 2021 can take part in SEMA S-1 UPNVJ in 2021.
3. Applicants can choose the same or different study program as the choice in the 2021 SBMPTN with the following conditions:
  1. Applicants who take part in the 2021 SBMPTN in the science and technology exam group. can only choose a group of scientific study programs (Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Informatics, Information Systems, Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing, Public Health and Nutrition)
  2. Applicants who take part in the 2021 SBMPTN in the social and human examination group. can only choose the social and human study program group (Management, Accounting, International Relations, Communication Studies, Law, Development Economics, Sharia Economics and Political Science)
  3. Applicants who take the 2021 SBMPTN in the mixed exam group can choose all study programs.
4. Applicants can only choose 2 (two) study programs.
5. The SEMA S-1 UPNVJ registration fee is IDR 275,000 (two hundred and seventy five thousand rupiah). Payments can be made at BNI via (Teller, ATM and Internet Banking). Registration fees that have been paid are not refundable. Payment instructions can be seen at https://penmaru.upnvj.ac.id/cara-pembayaran
SEMA S-1 UPNVJ Registration Schedule:
Registration for the SEMA S-1 UPNVJ pathway in 2021 starts Tuesday, 11 May 2021 at 11.00 WIB - Wednesday, 16 June 2021 at 23.59 WIB , carried out online via the UPN Veteran Jakarta Undergraduate Program (S-1) new student admission registration website: https: //registration.upnvj.ac.id/
SEMA S-1 UPNVJ Registration Procedures:
1. Applicants enter their full name, place of birth, date of birth, 2021 UTBK - SBMPTN participant number, NISN, NPSN, cellphone number and email to get the Form Number and Personal Identification Number (PIN). Make sure you use an active email
2. Applicants will be asked to confirm their UTBK - SBMPTN data, if appropriate, they can continue with the next step by clicking the Save button. If it does not match, the applicant is asked to check the UTBK – SBMPTN registration data again.
3. Registrants will be given Form Number and PIN information, apart from being sent via email, registrants are asked to note down and save the Form Number and PIN.
4. Registrants make payment via BNI to activate the PIN. Payment instructions can be seen at https://penmaru.upnvj.ac.id/cara-pembayaran
5. After making payment, the Form Number and PIN can be used to log in and continue with the following steps:
  1. Upload passport photo
  2. Fill in personal data (biographical data and parent/guardian data)
  3. Fill in school origin data
  4. Choose study programs of choice 1 and 2
  5. Choose a selection path (Academic or Achievement)
  6. Uploading selection documents (for achievement pathway)
  7. Filling Institutional Development Contribution (SPI) capabilities
  8. Download, print, fill out and upload a statement of willingness to pay Institutional Development Contributions (SPI) and Single Tuition Fees (UKT)
  9. Check the data that has been filled in, if it is correct, click Finalize. If you click Finalize then the data will be locked, it cannot be edited. Make sure your data is correct.
  10. Print Participant Identification Cards (SEMA S-1 UPNVJ Participant Number)

New SEMA S-1 UPNVJ students accepted for the 2021/2022 academic year, the amount of the Single Tuition Fee (UKT) and Institutional Development Contribution (SPI) for new students is in the table below:

Payments are made at BNI via (Teller, ATM and Internet Banking) on Thursday, 01 July 2021 at 16.00 WIB – Wednesday, 07 July 2021 at 15.00 WIB . UKT and SPI payments must be paid in full on the date mentioned above. Payment instructions can be seen on the website https://penmaru.upnvj.ac.id/cara-pembayaran . Single Tuition Fees (UKT) and Institutional Development Contributions (SPI) that have been paid are not refunded.

Terms of Payment of Single Tuition Fee (UKT) and Institutional Development Contribution (SPI) SEMA S-1 UPNVJ:
1. Prospective students who are declared to have passed SEMA S-1 UPNVJ are required to make payments according to the predetermined schedule, namely Thursday, 01 July 2021 at 16.00 WIB – Wednesday, 07 July 2021 at 15.00 WIB .
2. Prospective SEMA S-1 UPNVJ students who do not make payments according to the predetermined schedule will be declared to have withdrawn.
If the SEMA S-1 UPNVJ Quota is not fulfilled because a prospective student withdraws, it will be filled by a prospective student who has passed the Reserve.

Announcement of graduation results for the SEMA UPNVJ Bachelor program on Thursday, July 1 2021 at 16.00 WIB . Announced via the UPN Veteran Jakarta New Student Admission Registration website at https://penbesaran.upnvj.ac.id/ by logging in first using the Form Number and PIN.
Announcement of KIP-K Determination:
For KIP-K participants who pass SEMA S-1 UPNVJ, economic data will be verified through documents (telephone interviews) and/or visits to participants' residential addresses and the determination of KIP-K recipients will be announced on Monday, July 5 2021 at 16.00 WIB . For those who are not designated KIP-K recipients, payment of the Single Tuition Fee (UKT) and Institutional Development Contribution (SPI) is on Thursday, July 1 2021 at 16.00 WIB - Wednesday, July 7 2021 at 15.00 WIB .
SEMA S-1 UPNVJ Re-registration:
Prospective new students who have made UKT and SPI payments or who have been designated KIP-K recipients can immediately re-register online starting Thursday, July 1 2021 at 16.00 WIB - Wednesday, July 7 2021 at 23.59 WIB via the website reggmaba.upnvj.ac .id by logging in first using the participant number and date of birth.
