ABOUT

ADMISSION OF NEW STUDENTS TO THE INDEPENDENT SELECTION PROGRAM OF JAKARTA VETERAN NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT UNIVERSITY WAVE 2 YEAR 2022

In order to accept new students for the Independent Selection Undergraduate Program at the Jakarta Veteran National Development University (SEMA S-1 UPNVJ) Batch 2 in 2022, we hereby invite and provide an opportunity for applicants who are interested and meet the requirements to register and take part in SEMA S-1 UPNVJ Batch 2 2022 as follows:

1. SEMA S-1 UPNVJ Entry Pathway Program Batch 2 in 2022

Carried out through academic channels with assessment criteria consisting of:

1. UTBK value;
2. the amount of Institutional Development Contribution (SPI); And
3. did not pass SBMPTN in 2022.

2. General Provisions for SEMA S-1 UPNVJ Batch 2 2022
   1. SEMA S-1 UPNVJ Batch 2 applicants come from UTBK - SBMPTN participants in 2022.
   2. Applicants who do not choose a study program at UPNVJ at SBMPTN in 2022 can take part in SEMA S-1 UPNVJ Batch 2 in 2022.
   3. Applicants can choose the same study program as or different from the choice in the 2022 SBMPTN with the following conditions:
      1. Applicants who take the 2022 UTBK-SBMPTN in the science and technology (Saintek) exam group can only choose the science and technology study program group (Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Informatics, Information Systems, Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing, Public Health, Nutrition and Physiotherapy).
      2. Applicants who take the 2022 UTBK-SBMPTN in the social humanities (Soshum) exam group can only choose the social humanities study program group (Management, Accounting, International Relations, Communication Sciences, Law, Development Economics, Sharia Economics, Information Science and Political Science).
      3. Applicants who take the 2022 UTBK-SBMPTN in the mixed exam group can choose all study programs.
   4. Applicants can only choose 2 (two) study programs.
   5. The SEMA S-1 UPNVJ Batch 2 registration fee is IDR 275,000.00 (two hundred and seventy-five thousand rupiah). Payments can be made at Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) and Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) via teller , ATM, m-banking , and/or internet banking . Registration fees that have been paid are non-refundable. 3. SEMA S-1 UPNVJ Registration Schedule Batch 2

Registration for SEMA S-1 UPNVJ Batch 2 2022 starts on Tuesday, 12 July 2022 at 15.00 WIB until Friday, 15 July 2022 at 23.59 WIB which is done online via the page: https://penregistran.upnvj.ac .id/ .

4. Procedures for Registration for SEMA S-1 UPNVJ Batch 2

1. Applicants enter their full name, place of birth, date of birth, 2022 UTBK - SBMPTN participant number, NISN, NPSN, cell phone number, and e-mail address to get the Form Number and Personal Identification Number (PIN). Make sure to use an active email address.
2. Applicants will be asked to confirm UTBK-SBMPTN data. If appropriate, you can continue with the next step by clicking the "Save" button. If it is not appropriate, the applicant is asked to check the UTBK-SBMPTN registration data again.
3. Registrants will be given information regarding the Form Number and PIN which will be sent via email. However, registrants are asked to note down and save the Form Number and PIN.
4. Registrants make payments via BNI and BSI to activate the PIN. Payment instructions can be seen on the page https://penmaru.upnvj.ac.id/cara-pembayaran .
5. After making payment, the Form Number and PIN can be used to log in and continue with the following steps:
   1. Upload a passport photo;
   2. Fill in personal data which includes biodata and data of parents or guardians;
   3. Fill in school origin data;
   4. Choose study programs of choice 1 and 2;
   5. Choose the "Academic" selection route;
   6. Fill in the SPI payment capability;
   7. Download, print, fill out and upload a statement of ability to pay SPI and UKT;
   8. Check the data that has been filled in. If it is appropriate then click "Finalize". If you click "Finalize" then the data will be locked and cannot be edited or changed. Make sure the data entered is correct; And
   9. Print Participant Identification Cards (SEMA S-1 UPNVJ Participant Number Batch 2).

5. Tuition Fees for New SEMA S-1 UPNVJ Batch 2 Students in 2022

Education costs for new students accepted through the SEMA S-1 UPNVJ Batch 2 in 2022 are as listed in the following table:

Payments are made at BNI and BSI via teller , ATM, m-banking , or internet banking no later than Thursday, July 21 2022 at 15.00 WIB until Monday, July 25 2022 at 15.00 WIB. Payment instructions can be seen on the page https://penmaru.upnvj.ac.id/cara-pembayaran . UKT and SPI fees that have been paid are non-refundable.

6. Payment Terms for UKT and SPI SEMA S-1 UPNVJ Batch 2 2022

1. Prospective new students who are declared to have passed SEMA S-1 UPNVJ Batch 2 in 2022 are required to make payments according to the predetermined schedule, namely Thursday, July 21 2022 at 15.00 WIB to Monday, July 25 2022 at 15.00 WIB.
2. For prospective students who are accepted through the SEMA S-1 UPNVJ Batch 2 route who do not make payments according to the predetermined schedule, they will be declared to have withdrawn.

7. Announcement of SEMA S-1 UPNVJ Batch 2 Results 2022

Announcement of UPNVJ S-1 SEMA Wave 2 results will be made on Thursday, July 21 2022 at 15.00 WIB via the page https://pengumuman.upnvj.ac.id/ by logging in first using the Form Number and PIN or Participant Number and Date of Birth.

8. Announcement of Determination of Indonesian Smart College Card (KIP-K) Recipients

For prospective KIP-K participants who pass SEMA S-1 UPNVJ Batch 2 in 2022, document-based economic data verification will be carried out through telephone interviews and/or visits to participants' residential addresses. Furthermore, the determination of KIP Kuliah recipients will be announced on Saturday, July 23 2022 at 15.00 WIB. For those who are not designated as KIP-K recipients, UKT and SPI payments will be made on Saturday, July 23 2022 at 15.00 WIB to Monday, July 25 2022 at 15.00 WIB.

9. Re-register for SEMA S-1 UPNVJ Batch 2 in 2022

Prospective new students who have made UKT and SPI payments or who have been designated KIP-K recipients can immediately re-register online starting Thursday, July 21 2022 at 15.00 WIB until Monday, July 25 2022 at 23.59 WIB via the website : regmaba.upnvj.ac.id by logging in first using your Participant Number and date of birth.
