Conditions for Accepting New Students for Undergraduate Program Results from UPNVJ Independent Selection Batch 2 in 2022 for Prospective New Students Who Are Declared Reserves

ABOUT

CONDITIONS FOR ADMISSION OF NEW STUDENTS TO THE GRADUATE PROGRAM RESULTS FROM INDEPENDENT SELECTION OF JAKARTA VETERAN NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT UNIVERSITY WAVE 2 YEAR 2022 FOR PROSPECTIVE NEW STUDENTS WHO ARE DECLARED RESERVES

In order to accept new students for the Undergraduate Program as a result of the Jakarta Veteran National Development University Independent Selection (SEMA S-1 UPNVJ) Batch 2 in 2022 for prospective new students who are declared Reserves , we hereby convey the following:

  1. Announcement of UPNVJ S-1 SEMA graduation results Batch 2 in 2022 for prospective new students who are declared Reserves can be seen on the announcement.upnvj.ac.id page by logging in first using the Form Number and PIN obtained during registration or Participant Number and date of birth on the participant's identification card.
  2. Prospective new students who are assigned reserve status to be accepted by SEMA S-1 UPNVJ Wave 2 in 2022 are declared accepted at UPNVJ if they have fulfilled the conditions for accepting new students for the SEMA UPNVJ S-1 Pathway Program Wave 2 in 2022 which include:
  1. payment of Institutional Development Contribution (SPI) and Single Tuition Fee (UKT);
  2. provisions for prospective new students participating in the Indonesian Smart College Card (KIP-K);
  3. medical check up;
  4. re-registration;
  5. cancellation of prospective new students; And
  6. closing.
  1. Payment and Repayment of SPI and UKT
  1. Prospective new students can make payments and repay SPI and UKT on 26 July 2022 at 15.00 WIB until 30 July 2022 at 15.00 WIB via Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) or Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI).
  2. SPI and UKT payments cannot be paid in installments .
  3. The SPI and UKT payment and repayment guide can be seen on the penmaru.upnvj.ac.id/cara-bayaran page.
  4. SPI and UKT payments and settlements after 30 July 2022 at 15.00 WIB will not be served and prospective new students will be declared to have withdrawn.
  5. proof of payment receipt is uploaded when re-registering online.
  6. Payment and repayment of SPI and UKT for prospective new students accepted into the Undergraduate Medicine Study Program and Undergraduate Pharmacy Study Program can be made after:
  1. upload a statement document related to the medical test, the format of the statement letter can be downloaded via the registration page.upnvj.ac.id by logging in first;
  2. upload documents of health test results showing that you are not color blind and free of narcotics and dangerous drugs/substances as well as via the registration page.upnvj.ac.id ;
  3. document upload time is no later than July 28 2022 at 13.00 WIB; And
  4. Statement documents related to health tests and health test results documents showing that they are not color blind and free from narcotics and dangerous drugs/substances will be validated first by the 2022 UPNVJ New Student Admissions Committee. After the documents are declared valid, prospective new students can immediately make payments and settle them. SPI and UKT. Document validation status can be seen on the registration.upnvj.ac.id page by logging in first. A statement letter regarding the medical test and the results of the medical test which have been declared valid show that the prospective new student meets the requirements to take part in education at the UPNVJ Faculty of Medicine.
  1. Provisions for Prospective New Students Participating in the Indonesian Smart College Card (KIP-K)

For prospective new students participating in KIP-K, verification will be carried out first before being designated as a KIP-K recipient and paying attention to the following provisions:

  1. KIP-K participant data verification will be carried out from July 26 2022 to July 27 2022 by verification officers from UPNVJ.
  2. Officers will contact prospective new students via WhatsApp number with a video call and/or visit to their home address according to the data filled in on their personal identity.
  3. The determination of KIP-K recipients will be announced on July 28 2022 at 15.00 WIB via the registration page.upnvj.ac.id by logging in first.
  4. Prospective new students who are not designated as KIP-K recipients will be announced their relevant UKT by UPNVJ.
  1. Medical check up
  1. Prospective new students who are declared to have passed SEMA S-1 UPNVJ Batch 2 in 2022 in the Undergraduate Medicine Study Program and Undergraduate Pharmacy Study Program are required to carry out the following provisions:
    1. undergo a medical test with the following conditions:
      for prospective new students who are declared to have passed SEMA S-1 UPNVJ Batch 2 in 2022 in the Undergraduate Medicine Study Program and Undergraduate Pharmacy Study Program, they are required to undergo a health test which includes a color blindness test and a test free of narcotics and dangerous drugs/substances; And
    2. medical tests are carried out at Government Hospitals;
    3. In the event that the results of the color blindness test as referred to in Number 1) letter a) show that prospective new students for the Undergraduate Medicine Study Program and Undergraduate Pharmacy Study Program do not meet the criteria, then the prospective new students cannot continue the process of accepting new students from the SEMA S results. -1 UPNVJ Batch 2 2022;
  2. for prospective new students who are declared to have passed SEMA S-1 UPNVJ Batch 2 in 2022 in the Undergraduate Nursing Study Program, Undergraduate Public Health Study Program, Undergraduate Nutrition Study Program, and Undergraduate Physiotherapy Study Program, S-1 Study Program -1 Management, Undergraduate Study Program in Accounting, Undergraduate Study Program in Development Economics, Undergraduate Study Program in Sharia Economics, Undergraduate Study Program in Mechanical Engineering, Undergraduate Study Program in Industrial Engineering, Undergraduate Study Program in Marine Engineering , Undergraduate Study Program in Electrical Engineering, Undergraduate Study Program in Communication Science, Undergraduate Study Program in International Relations, Undergraduate Study Program in Political Science, Undergraduate Study Program in Information Science, Undergraduate Study Program in Informatics, Study Program Undergraduate Information Systems and Undergraduate Law Study Programs are required to implement the following provisions:
  1. undergo health tests, namely tests for narcotics and dangerous drugs/substances;
  2. medical tests are carried out at the UPNVJ Main Outpatient Clinic located on Jalan RS Fatmawati, Pondok Labu, South Jakarta; And
  3. The implementation schedule and registration procedures for narcotics and dangerous drugs/substances tests will be further informed via the page https://penmaru.upnvj.ac.id and UPNVJ social media.
  1. Re-registration
  1. Prospective new students who have made SPI and UKT payments and/or been designated as KIP-K recipients can immediately re-register via the regmaba.upnvj.ac.id page by logging in first using the SEMA S-1 UPNVJ Batch 2 participant number Year 2022 and date of birth.
  2. Prospective new students can re-register online no later than July 30 2022 at 23.59 WIB.
  3. The documents required to carry out re-registration are scanned original or colored documents which include:
  1. SEMA S-1 UPNVJ participant identification card Batch 2 2022;
  2. identity (KTP/KTP Receipt Number);
  3. Family card (KK);
  4. proof of receipt of payment and settlement of SPI and UKT (for prospective non-KIP-K new students);
  5. diploma or graduation certificate;
  6. statement letter as a new student (can be downloaded via the page https://s.id/spmabaupnvj2022 );
  7. proof of KIP-K registration (if KIP-K recipient); And
  8. Jakarta Smart Card (KJP) and KJP account book.
  1. Cancellation of Prospective New Students

Prospective new students will have their rights as new students of UPN Veteran Jakarta revoked, if it turns out:

  1. does not fulfill the provisions as intended in Numbers 1 to 6;
  2. provide false information; And
  3. late in making payments and paying off SPI and UKT from the predetermined schedule.
  1. Closing
  1. If a prospective student has been accepted into one of the study programs at UPNVJ and then withdraws, all fees paid will not be returned .
