ABOUT
CONDITIONS FOR ADMISSION OF NEW STUDENTS TO THE GRADUATE PROGRAM RESULTING FROM THE INDEPENDENT SELECTION OF JAKARTA VETERAN NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT UNIVERSITY IN 2022
In order to accept new students for the Undergraduate Program as a result of the Jakarta Veteran National Development University Independent Selection (SEMA S-1 UPNVJ) in 2022, we hereby convey the following:
- Announcement of UPNVJ SEMA S1 graduation results in 2022 can be seen on the announcement.upnvj.ac.id page by logging in first using the Form Number and PIN obtained during registration or the Participant Number and date of birth on the participant's identification card.
- Prospective new students who are determined to have passed SEMA S-1 UPNVJ in 2022 are declared accepted at UPNVJ if they have fulfilled the conditions for accepting new students for the SEMA UPNVJ S-1 Pathway Program in 2022 which include:
- medical check up;
- provisions for prospective new students participating in the Indonesian Smart College Card (KIP-K);
- payment of Institutional Development Contribution (SPI) and Single Tuition Fee (UKT);
- re-registration;
- cancellation of prospective new students; And
- closing.
- Medical check up
- for prospective new students who are declared to have passed SEMA S-1 UPNVJ in 2022 in the Health Sciences group which includes the Undergraduate Medicine Study Program, Undergraduate Pharmacy Study Program, Undergraduate Nursing Study Program, Undergraduate Public Health Study Program, Program Undergraduate Nutrition Studies and Undergraduate Physiotherapy Study Programs are required to implement the following provisions:
- undergo a medical test with the following conditions:
- for prospective new students who are declared to have passed SEMA S-1 UPNVJ in 2022 in the Undergraduate Medicine Study Program and Undergraduate Pharmacy Study Program, they are required to undergo a health test which includes a color blindness test and a test free of narcotics and dangerous drugs/substances; And
- Prospective new students who are declared to have passed SEMA S-1 UPNVJ in 2022 in the Undergraduate Nursing Study Program, Undergraduate Public Health Study Program, Undergraduate Nutrition Study Program, and Undergraduate Physiotherapy Study Program are required to undergo a health test, namely a test free of narcotics and dangerous drugs/materials.
- medical tests are carried out at the UPNVJ Main Outpatient Clinic located on Jalan RS Fatmawati, Pondok Labu, South Jakarta;
- health tests will be held on Wednesday, July 13 2022, 08.00 WIB to 15.00 WIB;
- In the event that the results of the color blindness test as referred to in Number 1) letter a) show that prospective new students for the Undergraduate Medicine Study Program and Undergraduate Pharmacy Study Program do not meet the criteria, then the prospective new students cannot continue the process of accepting new students from the SEMA S results. -1 UPNVJ in 2022;
- in the event that the test results are free of narcotics and dangerous drugs/substances as referred to in Number 1) indicate prospective new students of the Undergraduate Medicine Study Program, Undergraduate Pharmacy Study Program, Undergraduate Nursing Study Program, Undergraduate Study Program in Public Health, The Undergraduate Nutrition Study Program and the Physiotherapy Undergraduate Study Program do not meet the criteria, so prospective new students must undergo a retest in accordance with the instructions of the UPNVJ Main Outpatient Clinic doctor;
- Procedures for registering for health tests are informed via the page https://penmaru.upnvj.ac.id and UPNVJ social media.
- undergo a medical test with the following conditions:
- for prospective new students who are declared to have passed SEMA S-1 UPNVJ in 2022 in the non-Health Sciences group which includes the Undergraduate Management Study Program, Undergraduate Accounting Study Program, Undergraduate Study Program in Development Economics, Undergraduate Study Program in Sharia Economics , Mechanical Engineering Undergraduate Study Program, Industrial Engineering Undergraduate Study Program, Marine Engineering Undergraduate Study Program, Electrical Engineering Undergraduate Study Program, Communications Science Undergraduate Study Program, International Relations Undergraduate Study Program, Program Undergraduate Studies in Political Science, Undergraduate Information Science Study Programs, Undergraduate Informatics Study Programs, Undergraduate Information Systems Study Programs, and Undergraduate Law Study Programs are required to implement the following provisions:
- undergo health tests, namely tests for narcotics and dangerous drugs/substances;
- medical tests are carried out at the UPNVJ Main Outpatient Clinic which is located on Jalan RS Fatmawati, Pondok Labu, South Jakarta; And
- The implementation schedule and registration procedures for narcotics and dangerous drugs/substances tests will be provided with further information via the page https://penmaru.upnvj.ac.id and UPNVJ social media.
- Provisions for Prospective New Students Participating in the Indonesian Smart College Card (KIP-K)
For prospective new students participating in KIP-K, verification will be carried out first before being designated as a KIP-K recipient and paying attention to the following provisions:
- KIP-K participant data verification will be carried out from July 12 2022 to July 14 2022 by verification officers from UPNVJ.
- Officers will contact prospective new students via WhatsApp number with a video call and/or visit to their home address according to the data filled in on their personal identity.
- The determination of KIP-K recipients will be announced on July 15 2022 at 15.00 WIB via the registration page.upnvj.ac.id by logging in first.
- Prospective new students who are not designated as KIP-K recipients will be announced their relevant UKT by UPNVJ.
- Payment and Repayment of SPI and UKT
- Prospective new students can make payments and repay SPI and UKT on 12 July 2022 at 15.00 WIB until 16 July 2022 at 15.00 WIB via Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) or Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI).
- SPI and UKT payments cannot be paid in installments .
- The SPI and UKT payment and repayment guide can be seen on the penmaru.upnvj.ac.id/cara-bayaran page.
- SPI and UKT payments and settlements after July 16 2022 at 15.00 WIB will not be served and prospective new students will be declared to have withdrawn.
- proof of payment receipt is uploaded when re-registering online.
- Payment and repayment of SPI and UKT for prospective new students accepted into the Undergraduate Medicine Study Program and Undergraduate Pharmacy Study Program can be made after:
- upload a statement document related to the medical test, the format of the statement letter can be downloaded via the registration page.upnvj.ac.id by logging in first;
- upload documents of health test results showing that you are not color blind and free of narcotics and dangerous drugs/substances as well as via the registration page.upnvj.ac.id ; And
- Statement documents related to health tests and health test results documents showing that they are not color blind and free from narcotics and dangerous drugs/substances will be validated first by the 2022 UPNVJ New Student Admissions Committee. After the documents are declared valid, prospective new students can immediately make payments and settle them. SPI and UKT. Document validation status can be seen on the registration.upnvj.ac.id page by logging in first. A statement letter regarding the medical test and the results of the medical test which have been declared valid show that the prospective new student meets the requirements to take part in education at the UPNVJ Faculty of Medicine.
- Re-registration
- Prospective new students who have made payments and settled SPI and UKT and/or been designated as KIP-K recipients can immediately re-register via the regmaba.upnvj.ac.id page by logging in first using the 2022 UPNVJ SEMA S-1 participant number. and date of birth.
- Prospective new students can re-register online no later than July 16 2022 at 23.59 WIB.
- The documents required to carry out re-registration are scanned original or colored documents which include:
- SEMA S-1 UPNVJ participant identification card for 2022;
- identity (KTP/KTP Receipt Number);
- Family card (KK);
- proof of receipt of payment and settlement of SPI and UKT (for prospective non-KIP-K new students);
- diploma or graduation certificate;
- statement letter as a new student (can be uploaded via the page https://s.id/spmabaupnvj2022 );
- proof of KIP-K registration (if KIP-K recipient); And
- Jakarta Smart Card (KJP) and KJP account book.
- Cancellation of Prospective New Students
Prospective new students will have their rights as new students of UPN Veteran Jakarta revoked, if it turns out:
- does not fulfill the provisions as intended in Numbers 1 to 6;
- provide false information; And
- late in making payments and paying off SPI and UKT from the predetermined schedule.
- Closing
- If a prospective student has been accepted into one of the study programs at UPNVJ and then withdraws, all fees paid will not be returned.
- For participants who are declared not to have passed SEMA S-1 UPNVJ in 2022, don't despair and stay enthusiastic. Please register for SEMA S-1 UPNVJ 2022 Batch 2 via the registration page.upnvj.ac.id starting 12 July 2022 at 15:00 WIB until 15 July 2021 at 23:59 WIB.
